The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a fantastic novel by the writer Francis Scott Fitzgerald. Collier's magazine published it for the first time in on May 27, 1922. Then, it was included in the anthology book Tales of the Jazz Age.

Plot

In 1860, in Baltimore before the war, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Button are pleased with the future birth of their son. However, this is born with the physical appearance of a man of 70 years. They called the boy Benjamin. The first years are difficult for the child; everyone rejected him. When his parents send Benjamin to kindergarten, he falls asleep during school activities. Thus, the school expelled Benjamin, since he does not adapt to the classes.

When Benjamin is 18 and enrolls in college, it rejects him. Because of his physical appearance of a 50-year-old man. It is curious to observe how his body becomes younger every day.
